Is Nestory free?
Yes — the Starter plan is free and includes manual inventory tracking, shopping lists, and barcode scanning. Receipt scanning is a paid feature.
How do I get receipt scans?
Buy a one-time scan-credit bundle, or subscribe to Premium or Elite for a monthly scan allowance. Starter does not include monthly receipt scans.
How do I scan a receipt?
Open the Scan tab, choose Take Photo or Upload from Gallery, then review the items it reads before saving them to your inventory.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are billed through the App Store. Manage or cancel anytime from your device’s Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
How do I restore purchases?
Sign in to your account and use Restore Purchases in the app. Your scan credits are tied to your account and are available whenever you sign in.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This permanently removes your profile and personal data; you can export your inventory first if your plan includes export.
